PROCESS 45
Our 45 minute signature rhythm ride. Once the lights go down and the music goes up, we will sprint, push, climb and run to the beat of the music. There will be optional choreography, and some classes feature upper body sequences. Expect a party on the bike that will leave you feeling empowered and uplifted.
ASCENT 45
A 45 minute rhythm-driven endurance ride that is anything but basic. We will follow a roadmap similar to our Process45 sessions while maintaining overall slower RPMs, incorporating more intervals, and using little to no choreography. This is for the rider who prefers a traditional cycling class. With the lights low and music high, you can expect a grind without all the bells and whistles. This class will leave you feeling stronger and invigorated.
FAQs
Where do I park? Parking is available in the lot adjacent to our building or in the lot across New Hampshire Ave. Additional street parking is available anywhere downtown. The most convenient streets for accessing Process will be New Hampshire Ave, N Bennett St, NW Broad St, and W Pennsylvania Ave.
Is childcare provided? We have partnered with VirtoKids (located in our building). If you need childcare during one of our classes, please be sure to book childcare when booking your class to ensure availability. Please visit https://www.virtokids.com/ for more information.
How do I book into class? You can easily book into any class using our free app for iOS and Android, or by logging into our website. In order to book into a class, you must first purchase a single class or series of classes. Classes do expire. The expiration dates are posted in the description of the class or series of classes on the Website and the App and listed on your receipt. Booking opens up at 12PM every Sunday for the week ahead.
How does the waitlist work? If you are on the waitlist, you will be automatically added to the session up to 2 hours before the start time. If you do not get into class off the waitlist, you are automatically removed from the class with no penalty. If you used a credit to book, the credit will be returned to your account for future use.
What is your no show and cancellation policy? The no show penalty fee is $15. You will lose your class and be charged $15 if you do not show up for class and do not cancel before the 3 hour late cancel window (or by 7PM the evening before for the first class of the day). The late cancellation penalty fee is $10. You will be charged $10 if you cancel your reservation within the late cancel window. In both cases, you will lose your class credit and be charged. In order to cancel a reservation in a PROCESS class and return it to your account, you must unreserve before the 3 hour late cancel window. Once your reservation is canceled, the class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. If you haven't canceled before the late cancel window, you will lose a class credit and be charged a late cancellation fee.
What if I am running late? Available spots will be given to waitlisted guests 2 minutes before class. We ask that you call the studio to let us know you are on the way. If you call us at least 5 minutes before class begins, we will hold a bike for you until class begins, though we cannot guarantee you will be given the exact bike you signed up for in the particular class. Five minutes after the studio door closes and class begins, we won’t be able to let riders in. We respect our riders and care greatly about your safety, and joining after class begins is a distraction.
Do you offer shoe rentals? Yes. Our bikes are SPD and DELTA clip compatible. You can bring your own or rent a pair from us for $2 + tax. For your first class, your shoe rental is complimentary.
Can I buy water at the studio? Yes, we sell water at the studio for $3. We also have a water fountain available if you want to bring your own water bottle.
How early should I arrive for class? We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before class starts to ensure we take all proper measures to set you up for success.
